These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scaper RuneLite plugin, website (scaper.icu), Discord bot, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
Scaper is a clan management platform for Old School RuneScape (OSRS). It consists of:
scaper.icu for viewing and managing your account and clan.The Service is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
To use most features, you must link your OSRS account to a Discord account via the Scaper dashboard. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. You may only link accounts that you personally own and control. Linking another person's account without their permission is prohibited.

If you connect a Discord server to Scaper as a clan owner, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the Discord bridge and related features complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, as well as applicable law. You must not use Scaper to distribute spam, illegal content, or content that violates Discord's policies.
The Scaper name, logo, website design, and software are owned by or licensed to the Scaper team. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission, except as permitted by applicable open-source licenses.
Old School RuneScape and all associated game content are the intellectual property of Jagex Ltd. Scaper is an independent, unofficial tool and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jagex.
By using the Service, you grant Scaper a limited, non-exclusive license to store and display content you submit (such as clan descriptions or event details) solely for the purpose of operating the Service. You retain ownership of any content you create. You represent that you have the right to submit any content you provide and that it does not violate any third-party rights.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Scaper team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (which, given the Service is free, is $0).
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or are otherwise causing harm to the Service or other users. You may terminate your use of the Service at any time by unlinking your account from the dashboard.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
